What's Included as a Member
CGI Membership offers a fantastic array of benefits designed to support your well-being. Members gain exclusive access to our ionized heated pool, private gym, Korean & European saunas, hot & cold plunges, specialized therapy rooms, and unlimited group classes.​​​​​

Our club is primarily for adults, however we do offer junior memberships for students 13 years old and up.
Our heated 25 yard (freshwater) competition-sized pool is unsurpassed in cleanliness and comfort in Northern Bergen County. ​
In addition to using the conventional overflow filtration system; we have a super-efficient double pump natural element water ionizer. ​
Private and semi-private swimming lessons are available for adults and children above the ages of 5, as well as weekly group aquacize classes.
Our men's and women's locker rooms blend the perfect mix of Korean and European saunas, hot & cold tubs, and science-backed specialized therapy rooms for a truly luxurious and rejuvenating experience.​
Using our locker room facilities at least 2-3x per week will have you feeling and DOING your best from the soles of your feet to the top of your head!

Our spacious second-floor BNB Center hosts onsite classes 6 days a week, and members receive unrestricted access to more than 20 online classes streamed LIVE daily.
Our Taorobics Studio for group exercise classes includes a variety of Western-styled classes for toning, weight loss, stress relief, mindfulness, and more. CGI's family of instructors pride themselves on reading the room and providing customized classes tailored to the group present. No two classes are ever the same! ​
Current Classes: Pilates, Yoga Flow, Hatha Yoga, Core Power & Flex, Total Body Conditioning, Yogalates, Zumba Gold, Total Body Blast, Basic/Intermediate Line Dancing, and Zumba Fitness.​

Our studio-sized private gym is a comfortable, non-intimidating environment to work out in. Feel at ease to practice mindful exercise and fully let go of the day-to-day stresses of both work and life.​

CGI Holistic Fitness & Spa is amazing! The staff is so thoughtful and kind! The place is always very calm and clean, wonderful locker rooms with luxurious saunas and tubs (cold/ hot) as well as a massive pool for lap swimming. Everything is always cleaned and well-maintained. The studio gym is perfect for an intimate effective workout experience. You don’t have to worry about anyone on top of you or large crowds. Their spa services are amazing and easy to book worth every penny. I recommend the Guinot facial, which is relaxing and perfect for a self care day. Overall a wonderful place. My favorite part of the day is coming to CGI. 😃😃
