Our 30,000 square foot all-in-one facility boasts a state of the art pool, private gym, locker rooms and saunas, holistic healing center, yoga/meditation/qigong center, group exercise studio, spa, and nationally-recognized private career school for massage therapy and integrative health.
Our membership-based facilities (pool, locker rooms, gym, and group classes) are for 13-year olds and up, however we offer a wealth of services and programs available to both members and non-members, adults and kids. Explore what we have to offer below!

IONIZED POOL
Our heated 25 yard competition-sized pool is unsurpassed in cleanliness and comfort in Northern Bergen County.
In addition to using the conventional overflow filtration system; we have a super-efficient double pump natural element water ionizer.
Private and semi-private swimming lessons are available for adults and children above the ages of 5.
LOCKER ROOMS & SAUNAS
Our Korean-inspired locker rooms include Hot & Cold (Contrabath) Tubs, Women's Himalayan Pink Salt Sauna, Men's Oxygen Therapy Room, Far-infrared Light Therapy Rooms, and Dry and Steam Saunas.
We provide all the amenities such as complimentary daily lockers, towels, robes, and a wide spectrum of other items to accommodate your needs.
Men & Women have separate saunas and locker rooms.
STUDIO-SIZED GYM
TAOROBICS STUDIO
Our Taorobics Studio for group exercise classes includes a variety of Western-styled classes for toning, weight loss, stress relief, mindfulness, and more.
Current Classes: Pilates, Yoga Flow, Hatha Yoga, Core Power & Flex, Total Body Conditioning, Yogalates, Zumba Gold, Total Body Blast, Basic/Intermediate Line Dancing, and Zumba Fitness.
We also provide Aqua classes in our pool.
BODY & BRAIN YOGA TAI CHI
The national leader in K-Wellness, Body & Brain Yoga Tai Chi offers the best in holistic fitness through in-studio and online classes featuring a blend of korean-based Yoga, Tai Chi, Qigong, Meditation, and Breathwork exercises. Our spacious second-floor BNB Center hosts onsite classes 6 days a week, and members receive unrestricted access to more than 20 online classes streamed LIVE daily.
Current Classes: Mind/Body Balance, Energy Core, Tai Chi & Qigong, Core Strengthening, Chair Yoga, BNB Yoga, Intestine/Core, Wooden Pillow, Strengthening Qigong, Breathwork & Meditation, Energy Flow, and Self-Healing Qigong.
HOLISTIC HEALING CENTER
With special healing mats, tools, a unique crystal reflexology walking path, and other elements of both ancient and modern design, our Holistic Healing Center provides a warm, relaxing environment to restore and refresh your mind, body, and soul.
Our certified healers have more than 100 years of combined experience; specializing in different modalities. We also have experienced spiritual coaches who guide personal growth and self-development.
CGI SPA
At CGI, we strive to provide only the best massage therapy, skincare, and scalp treatments. Our exclusive spa is open by appointment only, to both members, guests, and small groups for private events.
Our massage therapists and estheticians are fully licensed and highly experienced in all areas of their field.
Our spa is equipped with all amenities needed to enhance your relaxation needs. All spa services come with 1 hour of complimentary access to the saunas, hot/cold plunges, and therapy rooms.
