Always tired with low energy?

Do you feel so exhausted that it’s difficult to even make it through your afternoon, let alone your workout? If so, then you’re already familiar with the main symptoms of chronic fatigue. A weakened immune system, hormonal imbalance, or ‘’leaky gut’’ could be the root cause. While there is no quick fix to fighting such matters, here are some fundamental tips that you can do to begin to heal.

Did you know that fatigue is many times a side effect from prescription and over the counter medication?

    1. Exercise for a minimum of 30 minutes daily
    2. Build will power through BBH
    3. Increase vitamin C intake
    4. Tap the lower back to increase circulation for the kidneys
