Depression & Anxiety

Having anxiety and depression is like being scared and tired at the same time. It’s the feeling of worry, nervousness, or unease. Everyone experiences these feelings from time to time, but experiencing it chronically can negatively impact your day to day life. If you are suffering from depression or anxiety it’s likely caused from a lack of serotonin & dopamine.

Mind-body practices can improve these hormone levels while naturally helping to ease the negative symptoms and thoughts. When you change your body, you can change your mind!ure.

    1. When you said 1 negative thing, immediately say 3 positive things about the situation
    2. Stimulate your gut to release more serotonin and dopamine
    3. Shake out your head to shake out the stress.
    4. Place a cool towel at the base of your neck to cool your head.
