CGI offers an array of sessions, meant to train your body and your mind for both physical and mental endurance.

Personal sessions are one on one trainings that focus on meeting your specific goal. From bulking up, to toning, to losing those 5 extra pounds, our trainers are here to support you.

Personal Sessions last for 1 hour, to give you a well-rounded interval circuit. Group Sessions are also available, if you want to train with a friend or loved one for added motivation.

Health Assessment

About

A necessary component of health, our health assessment will evaluate your physical condition, body weight, flexibility, balance, and body mass.

Based on your condition and your goals, our trainers will put together an easy to follow, comprehensive plan for your development. Included within this will be BMI results, counseling for developing nutritious eating habits, and training sessions to develop physical strength, muscle mass or toning, endurance, and cardio development. Through your training program, blood pressure will also be taken, and your heart rate monitored so that you are able to check on your improvements.
