Membership Approval and Usage: All memberships are subject to our approval and must be used solely by the registered individual. Memberships and online purchases of products or services are generally non-transferable and must be completed by the registered user. However, transfers or gifting may be permitted with prior approval from management.

Accurate Information: When making online purchases, customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete information. CGI Holistic Fitness & Spa reserves the right to cancel or refuse any transaction if fraudulent activity is suspected.

Subscription Services: For subscription-based services, cancellations must be submitted through your account portal or by contacting customer service at least 14 days before the next billing cycle to avoid charges.

Misuse of Accounts: Any misuse of accounts, such as sharing login credentials, may result in suspension or termination of access.

Adherence to Facility Rules: Members must adhere to all facility rules and regulations, which include respecting staff instructions, following posted safety signs, and ensuring the use of equipment aligns with provided guidelines. Misuse of facilities or engaging in unsafe practices may result in suspension or termination of membership privileges.

Refund Policy: Services purchased are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. Exceptions may apply in cases of billing errors, defective products, or if a service cannot be rendered due to unforeseen circumstances. Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 30 days of purchase and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days and may be subject to a processing fee.
