MIND & BODY BALANCE

Focus on creating a balance between the mind and body. Deep stretching, breathing, and energy meditation techniques help to naturally improve your focus and relaxation. Our classes are designed to accommodate all levels of expertise, from beginners to experts, and we're here to help you develop a more fulfilling relationship with your body and mind.

TAI CHI / QIGONG

Practice Tai Chi and Qigong at our studio to improve your coordination, flow, and balance. Our beginner-friendly classes utilize ancient self-healing forms of moving meditation to strengthen your inner resolve and self-motivation. Our experienced instructors carefully guide you through each movement, helping you become more aware of your body, breath, and mind.

ENERGY CORE

This class focuses on strengthening the core and building up the internal energy of the abdomen/lower chakras. We start with deep stretching to open up the energy channels and then move into exercises to build internal strength, endurance, and better focus. This class is great for getting over tiredness, anxiety, and increasing self-motivation.

CORE STRENGTHENING

This class focuses on enjoying the burn of activating your core power! Gain better balance, vitality, and sense of oneness with your body during this fun-filled class. Challenging but beginner-friendly.

A variety of classes for toning, sculpting, weight-loss, dancing, mindfullness, and more!

BODY CONDITIONING WORKOUT

In this class prepare to engage various muscle groups to strengthen, sculpt, and tone your entire body. Get your heart pumping, boost your circulation, and work those muscles! No two classes will ever be the same. Don't work about the "intensity" of this class either! All fitness levels are encouraged to jump in. Beginners can start with small steps and progress gradually. Get ready to feel UNSTOPPABLE!

CORE POWER & FLEX

This is a core focused workout that will involve creative and fun ab, back, glute and other core muscle group exercises along with dance-inspired stretches to make you strong but also flexible! Core exercises train the muscles involved in almost all daily activities to work in harmony. This leads to better balance and stability.  It is the perfect workout to start your day out right and have you leave class feeling super strong! Mats, weights and other equipment may be used during class time.

TOTAL BODY CONDITIONING

This is a full body workout that involves cardio to increase the heart rate, and resistance training to sculpt the arms, butt, and core. It is the perfect workout to start your day out right and have you leave class feeling great! This total-body targets muscles from head to toe - building strength and endurance, while improving flexibility. Light weights are used to shape and tone refining body alignment and posture.

LINE DANCING

Line Dancing class is a choreographed dance with a repeated sequence of steps in which a group of people dance in one or more lines or rows, all facing either each other or in the same direction, and executing the steps at the same time. Unlike circle dancing, line dancers are not in physical contact with each other. Line dancing presents itself as the perfect form of exercise for people of all ages because it provides the benefits of an aerobic workout which helps maintain a healthy heart and also provides a platform for you to get involved in a social environment, which is great for mental wellness.

PILATES

Pilates is a form of low-impact exercise that aims to strengthen muscles while improving postural alignment and flexibility. Pilates moves tend to target the core, although the exercises work other areas of your body as well. You can do Pilates with or without equipment, but no matter what, expect the moves to involve slow, precise movements and breath control.

HATHA YOGA

Hatha yoga involves poses that discipline breath, body, and mind through holding specific postures as a form of moving meditation as well as physical exercise. Because it's done more slowly and poses are held for longer, Hatha yoga allows for deep stretching. Research has repeatedly shown that hatha yoga has a wide variety of benefits for both mental and physical health.

ZUMBA GOLD

Zumba Gold is a lower-intensity version of the typical Zumba class designed to be more gentle on the joints and easy to pick up for beginners or those with challenged balance/coordination. The design of the class introduces easy-to-follow choreography that focuses on balance, range of motion and coordination.

YOGA FLOW

Commonly referred to as “flow” yoga, Vinyasa is a style of yoga characterized by stringing postures together so that you move from one to another seamlessly, using breath. Vinyasa classes offer a variety of postures and no two classes are ever alike. The variable nature of Vinyasa Yoga helps to develop a more balanced body that is both supple and strong.

Zumba classes deliver the perfect combination of fun dance choreography, cardio moves, and weights that will have you sweating for the entirety of the class. If you're looking for the perfect group fitness class that will motivate you and positively impact your health, Zumba offers physical, mental and social benefits while keeping you focused on your goals.

YOGALATES

Yogalates is a fun, body-toning class combining yoga, pilates, and some light weights. It will aid in stress reduction, deeper breathing, mindfulness, lean muscle toning, and flexibility. Get the benefits of a full body workout while calming your mind and connecting with your breath.

Incredibly fun, low-intensity exercise classes in our ionized heated pool.

AQUA FITNESS

Aqua Fitness is a dynamic and fun-filled water aerobics class. These classes are designed to help you enhance your cardiovascular fitness, strengthen your muscles, uplift mood and decrease stress, reduce joint discomfort, improve sleep, and lower the risk of heart/other lifestyle diseases. You can expect to have an engaging class tailored to the needs of the participants each session - no two Aqua Fitness classes will be the same!

AQUACISE

Aquacise is a fun-filled water aerobics class designed to get you up, moving, and socializing with the benefit of the water taking the pressure off your joints. The top benefits of aquacise include building muscle tone in a low-intensity environment, reducing stress on the heart, and increasing metabolism.

AQUA FLOW

Aqua Flow is a fun-filled but more gentle water aerobics class incorporating both ballet moves and stretching into the program. This class is designed to stimulate your blood flow and get you moving with the water taking the pressure off your joints.
